Tragedy Tourism hijacking of BLM

A recent "discourse" on Talkbacks with some American Jews, who cling to Liberalism and the Democratic Party at the expense of their "Jewish heritage" over the "anti-Jewish" stance by BLM. Led to accusations that pro-Israel, pro Zionists were liars and that the BLM original platform / charter posted on the Internet does NOT have clauses "hateful" of Jews but ONLY anti-Zionistic and anti-Israel rhetoric. 

However, by back checking we can clearly see that Black Lives Matters leaders have adopted the Communist insurgency rule book, outlined to those members of the Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee’s (SNCC) during their indoctrination by the KGB, on how to removing all evidence on the Internet of their "Original Manifesto"- Cree- Platform of their original anti-Israel anti-Zionist section.

In multiple articles like  "How Did Black Lives Matter Come To Charge Israel With ‘Genocide’?" by Sam Kestenbaum from August 9, 2016. The link to the text of the "manifesto" is "broken". 

I can also refer you also to this Israellycool article from 2016 regarding a Letter to the Editor of the St. Louis Post Dispatch, Bishop Lawrence M. Wooten, President of the Ecumenical Leadership Council of St. Louis, who wrote,

"We sincerely recognize the value of law enforcement officers and realize that the majority are devoted public servants. However, we also believe that Black Lives Matter plays a vital role in addressing racially driven police abuse in America.

Recently, Black Lives Matter issued a platform of demands. One of the demands called for the elimination of U.S. aid to Israel. Their argument is that Israel is an apartheid state perpetrating genocide against the Palestinians. Most of the platform’s readers are likely unaware that its Israel/Palestine section was written by an activist who was born and raised as a Jew, although Rachel Gilmer says she no longer identifies as  (being) Jewish.

The Ecumenical Leadership Council of Missouri, representing hundreds of predominantly African-American churches throughout the state, rejects without hesitation any notion or assertion that Israel operates as an apartheid country. We embrace our Jewish brethren in America and respect Israel as a Jewish state."

Because of this I sent a request to Canary Mission to see if they have a copy and they sent me the link to an archived copy. 

From a key wikki page is this passage regarding regarding Benjamin Ndugga-Kabuye who was the "co-author' of the anti-Israel section of the Black Lives matter Platform:

"Amid the nearly 40,000 words that make up the recent manifesto issued by a large coalition affiliated with the Black Lives Matter movement, two have raised an outcry among mainstream Jewish organizations and leaders.

Those two words, in a brief section about Israel, are “apartheid” and “genocide.”

The original August 1, 2016 manifesto, was penned by a coalition of some 60 grassroots organizations known as the Movement for Black Lives. Supposedly their credo and manifesto are largely focused on the group’s ideas for achieving racial justice for African Americans in the United States, and that "Israel" was NOT specifically targeted.

Accordingly we are informed;

"... few knew that it was a woman with a Jewish background who co-wrote the very section that provoked them.

And just WHO is this woman with a Jewish background ?

Rachel Gilmer, is a 28-year-old African American who was born to an African-American father and a "white Jewish mother". 

According to her short biography, "though raised as a Jew Gilmer had participated as a teen in the Young Judaea Zionist youth group". Since that time she has "distanced herself" from organized religion and in university Gilmer somehow transformed into a full fledged JINO -Jew in name only fervent anti-Zionist and had become actively involved in black-Palestinian solidarity work. 

Gilmer is associated with the activist group Dream Defenders. A group whose original and main aim was to ending police and prisons (especially private prisons) as part of their policy and is geared towards people of color who share the goal of multi-racial organizing, among other goals.

However, since the involvement of the "Tragedy Tourists of Nachbaland" in the riots of Ferguson, Missouri beginning in August of 2014, after the fatal shooting of Michael Brown. The Dream Defender's, as well as the BLM group, have been subverted and hijacked by the "Tragedy Tourists of Nachbaland" -the Palestinians. 

Under the influence of Rachel Gilmer Dream Defenders has; 

"been on the forefront of recent black-Palestinian solidarity efforts, such as bringing high-profile delegations of African-American activists to Israel and the West Bank."

According to the credits on the BLM web site Gilmer, and Benjamin Ndugga-Kabuye, from the Black Alliance for Just Immigration, were the sole authors of the anti-Israel / Zionism section of the platform issued by the Movement for Black Lives.

It is worth noting that in May of 2014, Gilmer traveled to Israel and the Judea and Shomron (the "disputed territories" or West Bank) on a trip sponsored by Hanan Ashrawi's MIFTAH group. While on her blatantly anti-Zionist anti-Israel one sided tour she was indoctrinated and further bamboozled with the Palestinian lies and commented later:

“While our struggles are not identical, it became so clear that we are up against the same system of state violence and repression,” “We must call for the divestment of the military industrial complex, just like we are calling for a divestment from the policing of our neighborhoods.”

I t is true that Gilmer is far from the only person responsible for the entire Movement for Black Lives platform.

According to the BLM website the manifesto was the result of a year of meetings, debates and conference calls among black-led organizations. Hundreds of individuals were involved. And Gilmer shared writing duties on the Israel section with just one other activist, Benjamin Ndugga-Kabuye, from the Black Alliance for Just Immigration.

Gilmer has stressed that the platform was written;

“for and by black people … to build connections between the Movement for Black Lives in the U.S. to movements for liberation around the world.” 

It is hard to comprehend in reading her biographic background just where and when this animosity and hostility of Zionism and Israel evolved in the mind of this "rosy Jewish Young Judea" background she professes.

Here are the pertinent paragraphs from the original BLM archived copy of the BLM Charter/ Platform  written by Rachel Gilmer and Benjamin Ndugga-Kabuye (Hat tip Canary Mission).

The highlighted text are atypical of the usual virulent hatefilled anti-Israel Palestinian dezinformatsiya propaganda based on semi actual facts which they use to distort and warp the wording to confuse and manipulate the minds of the "least intelligent".

From the BLM Mandate:

"The US military accounts for over 50 percent of discretionary federal spending, a total of 598.5 Billion dollars spent annually, as compared to 70 billion spent on education, 66 billion spent on healthcare, $63.2 billion spent on housing and 29.1 billion spent on social security and unemployment.

In addition, approximately 3 billion dollars in US aid is allocated to Israel, a state that practices systematic discrimination and has maintained a military occupation of Palestine for decades.

Together with aid to Egypt — Israel’s most important regional ally— this figure represents nearly 75 percent of all US aid dollars. As these figures demonstrate, resources and funds needed for reparations and for building a just and equitable society domestically are instead used to wage war against a majority of the world’s communities.

The US justifies and advances the global war on terror via its alliance with Israel and is complicit in the genocide taking place against the Palestinian people. The US requires Israel to use 75 percent of all the military aid it receives to buy US-made arms. Consequently, every year billions of dollars are funneled from US taxpayers to hundreds of arms corporations, who then wage lobbying campaigns pushing for even more foreign military aid. The results of this policy are twofold: it not only diverts much needed funding from domestic education and social programs, but it makes US citizens complicit in the abuses committed by the Israeli government. Israel is an apartheid state with over 50 laws on the books that sanction discrimination against the Palestinian people. Palestinian homes and land are routinely bulldozed to make way for illegal Israeli settlements. Israeli soldiers also regularly arrest and detain Palestinians as young as 4 years old without due process. Everyday, Palestinians are forced to walk through military checkpoints along the US-funded apartheid wall.

As an "educated" and enlightened individual one truly has to stop, step back and wonder as to what level of intelligence exists within the leadership of the BLM - Dream Defenders when one reads these lines of such utter falsification of true facts that are readily available in a simple Google search!!

Let us take a critical look at the statements written by Rachel Gilmer and Benjamin Ndugga-Kabuye. 

1) This anti-Israel attack point that -Gilmer - begins with "US AID" is truly odd since this main point of attack is derived form the conspiracy theories of the Aryan White Supremists, Neo-Nazi, anti Jewish, virulent anti-Semites linked to the philosophies of William Luther Pierce III a prominent American white nationalist and of course right-wing politician, and a former Grand Wizard of the Knights of the Ku Klux Klan, David Dukes.

This anti-Israel stance was adopted by the Palestinian dezinformatsiya propaganda machine as a direct outcome of the International Conference to Review the Global Vision of the Holocaust which David Duke attended in Tehran, Iran in December  2006.  

As you can see in the above photo Neo-Nazi White Supremacist cooperation is accepted when it comes to hatred of the Jews.

 

2) "Israel, a state that practices systematic discrimination and has maintained a military occupation of Palestine for decades".- WHY?

"practices systematic discrimination" - 

This statement is pure Palestinian dezinformatsiya at it's best. The comparison is factually and morally inaccurate and is intended to delegitimize Israel. The "disputed territories"- the West Bank and Gaza are not part of sovereign Israel and are governed by the elected Palestinian Authority and Hamas leaders, so they cannot be compared to the internal policies of apartheid South Africa.

In the 1990s, the term "Israeli apartheid" gained prominence after Israel, as a result of the Oslo Accords, granted the Palestinians limited self-government in the form of the Palestinian Authority and established a system of permits and checkpoints in the Palestinian Territories. The apartheid accusation has gained additional traction following Israel's construction of the West Bank Barrier. By 2013 the analogy between the West Bank and Bantustans of apartheid-era South Africa was widely drawn in international circles. Also in the United States, where the notion had previously been taboo, Israel's rule over the occupied territories was increasingly compared to apartheid. 

The allusion is to the "Apartheid state" accusation became a favorite lie of the Palestinian Propagandists to bring disdain upon Israel.

South African Judge Richard Goldstone, writing in The New York Times in October 2011, said that while there exists a degree of separation between Israeli Jews and Arabs;

"in Israel, there is no apartheid. Nothing there comes close to the definition of apartheid under the 1998 Rome Statute". 

Concerning the West Bank, Goldstone wrote that the situation;

"is more complex. But here too there is no intent to maintain 'an institutionalized regime of systematic oppression and domination by one racial group'." 

Goldstone also wrote in The New York Times, 

"the charge that Israel is an apartheid state is a false and malicious one that precludes, rather than promotes, peace and harmony."

So why is the accusation of "apartheid" used by Gilmer in the BLM Charter? 

Several members of BLM profess to be "continuers" of the political beliefs of the Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee’s (SNCC). 

Black Panther leader Huey P Newton had been associated with the SNCC in a merger/ Newton Bobby Seale and other SNCC activists visited Lebanon in 1980 with Yasser Arafat and the PLO. When he was there Newton "further embraced" the "Palestinian Cause" and raised the subject of South African - Israel cooperation and of "Apartheid" in Africa. Huey P Newton was a political activist and an avid follower of Malcolm X. Newton professed to be a Marxist-Leninist revolutionary who, along with fellow Merritt College student Bobby Seale, co-founded the Black Panther Party (1966–1982). Huey was known for being an advocate of  communist-led governments in China, Cuba, Laos, North Korea, and Vietnam.

As to the "Apartheid claim", there are those detractors that accuse Israel of "racial discrimination" or of "discrimination" against the Arab minority. Yet, facts on the ground clearly show that Israel on the whole is a Democratic country where all minorities and especially the Arab minority enjoy freedoms and rights unheard of in other nations. 

It is easy to ignorantly banter about the Apartheid claim when one does not even know the truth of the meaning of the term "Apartheid" 

2) military occupation of Palestine What is the truth in this statement? BLM has accepted and is spreading the true Palestinian intention as often stated by Ali Abunimah of Electronic Intifada and as mentioned in the charter of the PLO to eradicate the State of Israel!

Article 19: The partition of Palestine in 1947 and the establishment of the state of Israel are entirely illegal, regardless of the passage of time, because they were contrary to the will of the Palestinian people and to their natural right in their homeland, and inconsistent with the principles embodied in the Charter of the United Nations, particularly the right to self-determination.

Since the inception of the "Jewish State" -UNR181 in November of 1947 the "Arabs of the Mandated Areas" aka the Palestinians have set out to eradicate it and have NEVER accepted a negotiated "Peace" since their stated objective is nothing less than the eradication of the Jewish (Independence from Dhimmitude Dominance) that  Israel represents?

Also notice the statement DOES NOT talk about the; "military occupation of the West Bank" but of "Palestine"-the entire Eastern Mandated Area referred to in UNR181!!!

"Palestinian homes and land are routinely bulldozed to make way for illegal Israeli settlements."

When one searches for information on this delicate subject one is immediately immersed in the essence of the conflict between the Arabs of the Mandated Territories-aka the Palestinians and the Jews of Israel. 

The core of the conflict is the possession of the land and the truth needs to be told but in all my searches on the Internet I was inundated with the Arab POV and not one word from the Israeli side. 

First, this statement used by Gilmer comes directly from the Palestinian Propagandist "Guidebook" and speaks of "Palestinians" and "Israeli Settlements". 

By Palestinians is she referring to "Arab Israelis" or those who reside in the "Disputed Territories"?

As to "Israeli Settlements" and the use of the "illegal" Legality issue these terms are often used by the detractors of Israel to define the Jewish residents of the "disputed territories" who have constructed homes and residential townlets and villages upon grants and permits to construct on lands that once belonged to the Ottoman Turkish Government and were subsequentially passed on to the Mandate Regime of the British as delegated under The Mandate for Palestine created in the Treaty of Sèvres and later ratified in the Treaty of Lausanne July 24th 1923 by the League of Nations.  

One must recall that historically the "Mandated Area" was offered to and never claimed by the "Arabs of the ‎‎Mandated Areas" in the partition plan to be the "State for the Arabs of the Mandated ‎‎Areas" or as they refer to themselves since 1964 as "Falestinians" were divided and had ‎‎no "Shadow Authority" in the "West Bank" to claim jurisdiction when the Arab League Nations invaded. ‎‎

Ergo when the Jordanian Legion invaded and illegally conquered the area and ethically ‎‎cleansed ALL the Jewish occupants and expelled them. They did so in violation of article 2 of the UN Charter and ART. 5 of the Mandate For Palestine .

The Mandatory shall be responsible for seeing that no Palestine territory shall be ceded or leased to, or in any way placed under the control of the Government of any foreign Power.

The Jordanian's even went so far as to attempt to annex the "West Bank" (a move that was not recognized internationally) and ‎therefore became ‎‎the "Occupier" of the "Mandate Areas" from 1948 through June of 1967. ‎

Furthermore, I would refer you to Article Six of the “Mandate for Palestine”, which states;

 “the Administration of Palestine, while ensuring that the rights and position of other sections of the population are not prejudiced, shall facilitate Jewish immigration under suitable conditions and shall encourage, in co-operation with the Jewish agency referred to in Article Four, close settlement by Jews on the land, including State lands and waste lands not required for public purposes.” 

Accordingly, Article Six, makes it clear that Jewish settlements are not only permissible, but actually encouraged. Jewish settlements in Judea and Samaria (the West Bank) are perfectly legal. 

The use of the phrase “Occupied Palestinian Territories” is a disingenuous term that misleads the international community, while encouraging Palestinian Arabs, with the right to use all measures to attack Israel, including the use of terrorism.

Not once are Arabs as a "people / nation" mentioned in the Mandate for Palestine. Nowhere in the document is there any granting of political rights to Arabs.

The communities of Hartuv, Kfar Etzion, Hebron, and the Jewish Quarter of Jerusalem. had only been re established after exhaustive investigations making sure none were built on private land. Israel also argues that some of the settlements are built in areas where Jewish communities that existed before the 1948 Arab-Israeli War when many "West Bank" Jewish Communities were destroyed and the residents massacred or expelled, It seems reasonable to refer to the land of these communities as liberated as it was freed from the illegal occupation of Jordan and was returned to possession of its owners, the Jewish People. Therefore in these cases the application of the Geneva Convention is an entirely different issue.

With the negotiated peace treaty between Jordan and Israel in 1995 the Mandated area for ‎‎the Jewish Homeland (Article 8 Mandate for Palestine) was returned and therefore the ‎‎‎"West Bank" officially became Israeli territory as per International Law termed; Uti ‎possidetis juris or uti possidetis iuris (Latin for "as you possess under law") is a principle ‎of international law that states that newly formed sovereign states should have the same ‎borders that their preceding dependent area had before their independence. So legally ‎there ‎is no need to annex since neither the Jordanians nor the "Falestinians" never ‎claimed ‎sovereignty. Since no country or government had ‎claimed sovereignty over it ‎than according to International Law “terra ‎nullius”, or "land ‎belonging to no one"‎

As to "bulldozing homes" this is done to ALL illegally built homes, both those of Jews as well as Arabs / Palestinians are "demolished" 

Israeli soldiers also regularly arrest and detain Palestinians as young as 4 years old without due process. 

This is an abject lie. Many times children have been detained and removed from areas of violence because their parents have allowed them to be used by demonstrators in acts of violence. I refer you to the #payforslay policies of the
Palestinian Authority where Palestinian Youth are encourage to commit acts of violence and murder.

Everyday, Palestinians are forced to walk through military checkpoints along the US-funded apartheid wall.

Have you ever noticed that those saying this never mentioned WHY the "security wall" was erected?

Nary a mention is given that prior to the horrific wave of suicide bombers released by Yasser Arafat on innocent Israeli civilians despite the Oslo Accords-see chart. Thousands of Palestinians crossed into Israel on a daily basis with almost no checkpoints nor barriers. 

These detractors consistently fail to mention that many countries of the world have constructed barriers to prevent terrorism, drug smuggling and illegal immigration -see meme.

Upon reading this I can readily envisage the image of that ridiculous Minion with a stupefied look when one reads this utterly falsified anti-Zionist propaganda!  

The Myth of the Palestinians

In their own words:

"The Palestinian people"( as a separate "people") does not exist. The creation of a Palestinian state is only a means for continuing our struggle against the state of Israel for our Arab unity. In reality today there is no difference between Jordanians, Palestinians, Syrians and Lebanese. Only for political and tactical reasons do we speak today about the existence of a Palestinian people, since Arab national interests demand that we posit the existence of a distinct "Palestinian people" to oppose Zionism.... [T]he moment we reclaim our right to all of Palestine, we will not wait even a minute to unite Palestine and Jordan."— PLO leader Zuheir Mohsen, the Dutch newspaper Trouw, March 31, 1977.

Zuheir Mohsen was the top PLO member responsible for the massacre of 684 Christians in Damour that took place on January 20, 1976 during the 1975–1990 Lebanese Civil War.

"There is no such country [as Palestine] .... Palestine is a term the Zionists invented.... Our country was for centuries part of Syria."-Awni Abd al-Hadi stated in his testimony before the 1937 Peel Commission.

"There is no such thing as 'Palestine' in history, absolutely not. There is no Palestine in the Bible. Our country was for centuries part of Syria.” (Arab-American historian, Princeton University Prof. Philip Hitti, testifying against partition before the Anglo-American Committee in 1946)

During an interview with Al-Hekma TV, Hamas Minister of the Interior, Fathi Hammad sought pan-Arab support by stressing their blood ties: “Half of the Palestinians are Egyptians and the other half are Saudis.” "Before the Balfour Promise (i.e., Declaration) when the Ottoman rule ended (1517-1917), Palestine's political borders as we know them today did not exist, and there was nothing called a Palestinian people with a political identity as we know today, since Palestine's lines of administrative division stretched from east to west and included Jordan and southern Lebanon, and like all peoples of the region [the Palestinians] were liberated from the Turkish rule and immediately moved to colonial rule, without forming a Palestinian people's political identity." [Official PA TV, Nov. 1, 2017]

 In his 1997 book, "Palestinian Identity: The Construction of Modern National Consciousness", historian Rashid Khalidi noted that the archaeological strata that signifies the history of "Palestine" – encompassed the Biblical, Roman, Byzantine, Umayyad, Abbasid, Fatimid, Crusader, Ayyubid, Mamluk and Ottoman periods.
These periods form part of the identity of the modern-day Palestinian people, as they have come to understand it over the last century. Noting that (al-Filasṭīniyyūn) or "Palestinian" identity has never been an exclusive one, since "Arabism, religion, and local loyalties" played an important role in the make-up of the "Falestinian people" (ash-sha‘b al-Filasṭīnī).

Furthermore, in his book Rashid Khalidi cautioned against the efforts of some "Falestinian" nationalists to "anachronistically" read back into history a nationalist consciousness that is in fact "relatively modern".

Question: "Was there EVER a country called "Palestine"? 
The only time this "Palestine" or “Falestine" existed was during the reign of the Roman Empire. Throughout history there never was a specific country called "Palestine". There was for a period of time a Roman Provence called Palaestina.

If you check all the historical references during the period -specifically Josephus - you would find that the Romans called the area -after the Philistine Greek origin invaders, due to the embarrassment from the terrible loses they had incurred in their suppression of the Jewish revolt in Judea and Shomron. You may view this readily in the coin struck  in 71 AD called "Judaea Capta" authorized by the Roman Emperor Vespasian where on the coin you can see a Jewess in attitude of mourning, seated left beneath palm tree; to right, captive Jew with hands tied behind back standing left; captured weapons behind. " and on the other side it says in Latin – “Sestertius Vespasiano Iudaea Capta”.

FACT: 

In 1947, UNR181 a United Nations resolution  proposed a plan to partition Palestine into two sections: an independent Jewish state and an independent Arab state, with Jerusalem as internationalized territory. 

Question: Is a UN resolution binding?
Most experts consider most General Assembly resolutions to be non-binding. ... Resolutions made under Chapter VII are considered binding, but resolutions under Chapter VI have no enforcement mechanisms and are generally considered to have no binding force under international law.

Partition and UNR181:

With regards to UNR181 "The Partition", the leadership of the Non Jewish  "inhabitants of Palestine" aka the Arabs of the Mandated Territories were divided and utterly refused to accept the plan to "Partition" the Mandated Territory with their Jewish neighbors and instead immediately initiated deadly attacks against the Jewish populace.

The Jewish Agency Leadership (see-Article 4 of the Mandate) of the "Mandated Territories" , led by David Ben Gurion, recognizing the Arab rejection of the UNR181 Partition and as denoted in the Mandate, declared Statehood on May 14th 1948.

The "Arab residents of the Mandated Territory" and the Seven Members of the Arab League who attacked the nascent Jewish state, were and some still are in direct violation of International Law as mentioned in clause 3 and 4 of  Article 2 of the UN Charter:

3. All Members shall settle their international disputes by peaceful means in such a manner that international peace and security, and justice, are not endangered.
4. All Members shall refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state, or in any other manner inconsistent with the Purposes of the United Nations. 

In the ensuing internal battles- within the designated Partition Areas- and in battles against the combined invading armies of the Arab League. The poorly armed and equipped Jewish militia -the Haganah - became the army of the new born state. The new Israeli Army was able to seek weapons with help from the Soviet Block and Jewish Volunteers from abroad that gave the Jews a fighting chance to conquer areas that had been part of the Partition intended for the inhabitants of Palestine-read Arabs in a DEFENSIVE WAR.

In almost ALL the accounts of the bloody conflict nary a word is mentioned of the invasion and ethnic cleansing of the Jewish inhabitants of the communities of Hartuv, Kfar Etzion, Hebron, and the Jewish Quarter of Jerusalem by the Jordanian Army.

So as to the question WAS there EVER a "Palestinian State" (Governed by Arab inhabitants of Palestine)  

Factually and historically what there was, was a "supposed" State created by the Moslem Brotherhood in Egypt in Gaza called the All-Palestine Government  which was formed  in September 1948, prior to the end of the war for Israel's Independence

The "ALL-Palestinian government", was created under the leadership of the Mufti of Jerusalem Mohammad Amin al-Husayni. 

The Mufti declared the independence of the Palestinian state, with Jerusalem as its capital. However:

In 1959, Egyptian president Gamal Abdul Nasser ordered the dismantling of the All-Palestine Protectorate for good. In March 1962, a Constitution for the Gaza Strip was issued confirming the role of the Legislative Council. The All-Palestine Protectorate is regarded by some as the first attempt to establish an independent Palestinian state, whilst most just saw it as an Egyptian puppet, only to be annulled a few years after its creation by no less than President Gamal Abdel Nasser of Egypt.

Let us review the documented Legal FACTS.

Between 1948 and 1950, the West bank including East Jerusalem came first under the military and later under the civilian administration of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
In June of 1967 the "West Bank" -read "disputed territories" was LIBERATED in a DEFENSIVE WAR launched by the illegal Jordanian "Occupiers" of "Mandated Territory".
Few note that the Jordanians were ILLEGAL occupiers because they had invaded and occupied the area prior to the British cessation of control of the Mandate on May 15th 1948 in violation of ART. 5 of the League of Nations Mandate to England for Palestine which explicitly states:

"The Mandatory (His Majesty's Government) shall be responsible for seeing that no Palestine territory shall be ceded or leased to, or in any way placed under the control of the Government of any foreign Power."

Therefore, under International Law, the "disputed territories was liberated and returned to possession of its owners, the Jewish People as ordained in Article 5.
Therefore, the application of the Geneva Convention does NOT legally apply to the "West Bank" -claims of "Occupation".

With the negotiated peace treaty between Jordan and Israel in 1995 the Mandated area for ‎‎the Jewish Homeland (Article 8 Mandate for Palestine) was returned and therefore the ‎‎‎"West Bank" officially became Israeli territory as per International Law termed; Uti ‎possidetis juris or uti possidetis iuris (Latin for "as you possess under law") which is a principle ‎of international law that states that; "newly formed sovereign states should have the same ‎borders that their preceding dependent area had before their independence".
Furthemore, since no country or government had ‎claimed sovereignty over it ‎than according to International Law “terra ‎nullius”, or "land ‎belonging to no one"‎ as per article 4  ("the establishment of the Jewish national home") of the "Mandate for Palestine" it rightly belongs to Israel.

Regarding the arbitrary detachment of Mandated Territory by the Rhodes Ceasefire Agreement to form the Gaza Strip, 1948-1967

After 1948, the Gaza Strip came under Egyptian control but was never annexed to Egypt. Egyptian Ministerial Order Number 274 issued on 8 August 1948 vested an Egyptian Administrator-General with all the powers of the High Commissioner. According to Order Number 6 issued on 1 June 1948, the Administrator-General declared that all laws in force during the Mandate would continue to be applicable in the Gaza Strip. From November 1956 to March 1957 the area came under Israeli military rule during which the Israeli Area Commander issued several orders which were annulled by the Egyptian Administrator-General, who upon re-assuming control in March 1957, declared that all laws and regulation in force prior to the Israeli invasion of 1956 would continue to be in force. On 25 November 1955, the Basic Law of Gaza was issued by the Prime Minister of Egypt. According to Section 23 of this law, a legislative council was established to pass laws to which were then to be approved by the Administrator-General of the Gaza strip. On 5 March 1962, a new constitution of the Gaza Strip was issued by the President of the United Arab Republic (a short-lived confederation between Egypt and Syria) confirming the legislative Council. In its brief existence (1955-1967), the Council made many regulations and passed several laws relating to labor, the professions, matters of personal status and the Moslem Religious Courts. But the bulk of the laws remained intact.

So in real historical documented fact what entity that existed called "Palestine", was in reality a British civil administration area carved out of the previous Ottoman Turkish Empire. An area known previously as "Southern Syria" after World War I which according to the San Remo conference, and the Treaty of Sèvres  and later ratified in the Treaty of Lausanne signed in the Palais de Rumine, Lausanne, Switzerland July 24th 1923, created the geopolitical entity called "The Mandated Area of Palestine".

Colonel Sir Tatton Benvenuto Mark Sykes was one of the authors of The Sykes–Picot "highly cynical" war time agreement which formed the basis for the Anglo-French Modus Vivendi in the subsequent partitioning of the Ottoman Empire in the advent of the defeat. The Anglo-French Modus Vivendi, provided a framework for the Occupied Enemy Territory Administration in the Levant in the 1918-1922 period.
As atypical of many upper class Englishmen of the Late Victorian age, Colonel Mark Sykes had a classical upper-class education and he readily recalled Roman History and the Christian references in the Bible to the "Holy Land", as seen in many maps of the "Holyland", as "Palestine"(Arabic: Filastin, Greek: Palaistine; Latin: Palaestina).
As a senior member of the Arab Bureau in Cairo, Sykes suggested to the League of Nations that the Mandatory Area conquered from the Ottoman Turkish Empire in WWI be named "Palestine" in order NOT to inflame animosity and hatred among their WWI Arab allies. Mark Sykes realized that to preserve the British interests, specifically in the strategic need of Arab oil that there was a need to defer from using a Zionistic term, against the expressed wishes of the British Government that had issued the Balfour Declaration.

The Sykes–Picot agreement effectively divided the Ottoman provinces outside the Arabian Peninsula into areas of British and French control and influence. The British and French controlled countries were divided by the Sykes–Picot line. Shortly after the war, the French ceded Palestine and Mosul to the British. Mandates in the Levant and Mesopotamia were assigned at the April 1920 San Remo conference following the Sykes–Picot framework

The agreement allocated to Britain control of what is today southern Israel and Palestine, Jordan and southern Iraq, and an additional small area that included the ports of Haifa and Acre to allow strategic access to the Mediterranean.  France got control of southeastern Turkey, northern Iraq, Syria and Lebanon.

With the implementation of the British "Mandate" and the recognition given the land by the Balfour Declaration, the Jews of the pre-World War I "Yishuv" that resided in the Mandated Areas readily called themselves; “Palestinian Jews of Eretz Yisrael”, as seen on all currency issued because of the conditions stated IN THE MANDATE!

At this point I would like to draw your attention to the "preamble" and these three articles from the Mandate given by the League of Nations:

Whereas the Principal Allied Powers have selected His Britannic Majesty as the Mandatory for Palestine…Whereas the Principal Allied Powers have also agreed that the Mandatory should be responsible for putting into effect the declaration originally made on November 2nd, 1917, by the Government of His Britannic Majesty, and adopted by the said Powers, in favor of the establishment in Palestine of a national home for the Jewish people, it being clearly understood that nothing should be done which might prejudice the civil and religious rights of existing non-Jewish communities in Palestine, or the rights and political status enjoyed by Jews in any other country; and
Whereas recognition has thereby been given to the historical connection of the Jewish people with Palestine and to the grounds for reconstituting their national home in that country

ART. 2.

The Mandatory shall be responsible for placing the country under such political, administrative and economic conditions as will secure the establishment of the Jewish national home, as laid down in the preamble, and the development of self-governing institutions, and also for safeguarding the civil and religious rights of all the inhabitants of Palestine, irrespective of race and religion.

ART. 4.

An appropriate Jewish agency shall be recognized as a public body for the purpose of advising and co-operating with the Administration of Palestine in such economic, social and other matters as may affect the establishment of the Jewish national home and the interests of the Jewish population in Palestine, and, subject always to the control of the Administration to assist and take part in the development of the country.
The Zionist organization, so long as its organization and constitution are in the opinion of the Mandatory appropriate, shall be recognized as such agency. It shall take steps in consultation with His Britannic Majesty's Government to secure the co-operation of all Jews who are willing to assist in the establishment of the Jewish national home.

ART. 5.

The Mandatory shall be responsible for seeing that no Palestine territory shall be ceded or leased to, or in any way placed under the control of the Government of any foreign Power.

What is important to note, from these quotes from the Legal document -The Mandate for Palestine- issued by the League of Nations and later ratified by the United Nations, and is TOTALLY ignored in ALL discussions, is the glaring fact of the absence of two terms / words: Arabs and Palestinians as a "people". What it DOES say is; "inhabitants of Palestine"!

What we DO SEE is, "affect and secure the establishment in Palestine of a national home for the Jewish people."

Inquiring minds wish to know how this glaring fact is deviously and glaringly ignored!

This Mandated Territory operated under a British administration from 1919 until the Partition UNR181 and the British withdrawal on May 15th,1948. 

As stated in the Mandate issued by the League of Nations, the Mandate was "entrusted" to; "His Britannic Majesty as the Mandatory for Palestine" as a "a sacred trust of civilization" !

However, as we Jews experience it the British Government TOTALLY and abysmally failed to accomplish the set goal "entrusted" to them to; "establish a of a national home for the Jewish people "in Palestine". 

In conclusion:

The present-day "Palestinians" are an Arab people, with Arab culture, Arabic language and Arab history. They now have their own Arab states from where most of them they came into the Land of Israel after the Moslem Conquest in 635CE .

The Arab dwellers of Judaea and Shomron Aka the "West Bank" as well as Gaza underwent a kind of anthropological miracle and discovered that they were suddenly a people the "Palestinians" in 1967 - something they did not know the day before.
Of course, these people having a new identity have had to build themselves a history, namely, they had to steal some others' history, and the only way that the victims of the theft would not complain is if those victims do no longer existed.

Therefore, the Palestinian leaders have claimed two contradictory lineages from ancient peoples that inhabited the Land of Israel: the Canaanites and the Philistines. Historically these peoples were either assimilated and absorbed by other groups and disappeared as separate peoples.

"As I lived in Palestine, everyone I knew could trace their heritage back to the original country their great grandparents came from. Everyone knew their origin was not from the Canaanites, but ironically, this is the kind of stuff our education included. The fact is that today's Palestinians are immigrants from the surrounding nations! I grew up well knowing the history and origins of today's Palestinians as being from Yemen, Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Christians from Greece, Muslim Sherkas from Russia, Muslims from Bosnia, and the Jordanians next door. My grandfather, who was a dignitary in Bethlehem, almost lost his life by Abdul Qader Al-Husseni (the leader of the Palestinian revolution and nephew of the Grand Mufti) after being accused of selling land to Jews. He used to tell us that his village "Beit Sahur " in Bethlehem County was empty before his father settled in the area with six other families..." Walid Shoebat (Arabic: وليد شويبات‎)- 

BLM and the Tower of Babel

The recent outrages expressed in BLM -Black Lives Matter reminds me of a similarity to the story in Genesis 11:1–9 regarding the Tower of Babel. The original story was meant to mythically explain the origins of the multiplicity of languages and how God was concerned that humans had blasphemed by building the tower to avoid a second flood. So, God brought into existence multiple languages. Thus, humans were divided into linguistic groups, unable to understand one another.

This is what has happened today in America. AMERICANS -those of ALL colors and races and religions have stuck their collective fingers in their ears and are screaming at one another. NO one is listening to the other side and the buildup of hatred and animosity, I am frankly afraid, will lead to a terrible explosion.

So likewise, with this so called movement, aka BLM whose supposed objective is to assist the Black American community, a fictional tower of heated divided voices has been created to create animosity to divide all of humanity / mankind -into colors and races. 

They claim that the problems of the black community are caused by whites, or, when whites are not physically present, by the infiltration of white supremacy and white systemic racism into American brains, souls, and institutions.

In the minds of the BLM followers;

"white supremacy is not merely the work of hotheaded demagogues, or a matter of false consciousness, but a force so fundamental to America that it is difficult to imagine the country without it." To the followers of BLM, " black history does not flatter American democracy; it chastens it."

The claims that the difficulties that the black community faces are entirely causally explained by exogenous factors in the form of white systemic racism, white supremacy, and other forms of white discrimination remains a problematic hypothesis that should be vigorously challenged by those who know the truth. 

According to Ta-Nehisi Coates, the chief cause of animosity and poverty within the Black community is due to:

"Discriminatory laws joined the equal burden of citizenship to unequal distribution of its bounty. These laws reached their apex in the mid-20th century, when the federal government—through housing policies—engineered the wealth gap, which remains with us to this day. When we think of white supremacy, we picture colored only signs, but we should picture pirate flags."

It is statistically true that the lives of many black Americans are better than they were half a century ago. Rates of black poverty have decreased, black teenaged-pregnancy rates are at record lows—and the gap between black and white teen-pregnancy rates has shrunk significantly. 

However, such progress rests on a shaky foundation, and fault lines are everywhere. The income gap between black and white households is roughly the same today as it was in 1970. Patrick Sharkey, a sociologist at New York University, studied children born from 1955 through 1970 and found that 4 percent of whites and 62 percent of blacks across America had been raised in poor neighborhoods. A generation later, the same study showed, virtually nothing had changed. And whereas whites born into affluent neighborhoods tended to remain in affluent neighborhoods, blacks tended to fall out of them.

The Pew Research Center estimates that white households are worth roughly 20 times as much as black households, and that whereas only 15 percent of whites have zero or negative wealth, more than a third of blacks do. Black families, regardless of income, are significantly less wealthy than white families. Effectively, the black family in America is working without a safety net. When financial calamity strikes—a medical emergency, divorce, job loss—the fall is not only abrupt but spontaneous.

As to the issue of the proportion of black incarcerated Americans. This proportion is often used to characterize the criminal justice system as anti-black. However, if we use the precise same methodology, we would have to conclude that the criminal justice system is even more anti-male than it is anti-black. Would we characterize criminal justice as a systemically misandrist conspiracy against innocent American men? 

Statistically Black people are not incarcerated at higher rates than whites as their involvement in violent crime would predict. This fact has been demonstrated to be true multiple times across multiple jurisdictions in multiple states. And yet, the mass media produces a narrative that diminishes black agency in favor of a white-centric explanation that appeals to the Liberals apparent desire to shoulder the ‘white man’s burden’ and to promote a narrative of white guilt.

The BLM supporters claim that the criminal justice system is white-supremacist. However, they cannot explain just why it is that Asian, Indian or even Nigerian Americans are incarcerated at vastly lower rates than white Americans? 

We have seen on social media that the followers of BLM attempt sometimes violently to silence and oppress discourse on the truth based on real numbers and statistics, by stating, “Only fascists talk about black-on-black crime”.

We have not been notified, ad nauseum, by news reports of just how the vast majority of violence visited on the black community is committed by individuals and members who are themselves "Blacks". What we have been lavished with are social media recorded incidents of Police or white on black violence. The mainstream "Liberal" press has blatantly ignored these incidents of "black on black" violence because it "does not conform" to their Liberal Kumbaya "Pro Democratic" anti-Trump hate filled agenda. 

It is also why we have not seen marches or demonstrations for these invisible victims, nor have we seen public silences, nor heartfelt speeches from any leaders in the Black Community.

The patronizing and condescending attitudes of Democratic leaders towards the black community, exemplified by nearly every Biden statement on the black race, all but guarantee a perpetual state of misery, resentment, poverty, and the attendant grievance politics which are simultaneously annihilating American political discourse and black lives.

The conservative pundits Candace Owens and Charlie Kirk suggested that donations to the Black Lives Matter Foundation are being sent instead to ActBlue, a Democratic political committee:
"All donations to the official BLM website are immediately redirected to ActBlue Charities, an organization primarily concerned with bankrolling election campaigns for Democrat candidates."
In reply to the question; "Is Black Lives Matter a ‘Shell Company’ for a Liberal Super PAC?" 

The Daily Beast reporter Lachlan Markay pointed out that Owens’s tweets, and Kirk’s by extension, are inaccurate. ActBlue is organized as a political committee, it acts as a nonprofit fundraising tool that serves as a conduit, rather than a collector, for donations. ActBlue’s website explains that the platform is available to “Democratic candidates and committees, progressive organizations, and nonprofits that share our values.”

Therefore, donating to BLM today is to indirectly donate to Joe Biden’s 2020 campaign and to support the anti-Trump movement. This is grotesque given the fact that the American cities with the worst rates of black-on-black violence and police-on-black violence are overwhelmingly run by Democrats. Minneapolis itself has been entirely in the hands of Democrats for over five decades; the ‘systemic racism’ that exists there was built over successive Democratic administrations.

Ta-Nehesi Coates wrote a book entitled; "We Were Eight Years in Power: An American Tragedy" which was the was the lament of Reconstruction-era black politicians as the American experiment in multiracial democracy ended with the return of white supremacist rule in the South.  

So after reading the essay "The Case for Reparations" also by Ta-Nehesi Coates, much of which is based on abject racism in Chicago. I wondered why? 
WHY? 
In ALL his meetings and interviews with President Obama, he never asked the first "black president" why during his two administrations, "We Were Eight Years in Power", WHY -President Obama, failed to act on those issues that so effected the lives of blacks in Chicago and in America? 
Specifically those US Government offices and agencies such as the Federal Housing Administration which Ta-Nehesi Coates elaborates on in his essay; "The Case for Reparations". 

“A government offering such bounty to builders and lenders could have required compliance with a nondiscrimination policy,” Charles Abrams, the urban-studies expert who helped create the New York City Housing Authority, wrote in 1955. “Instead, the FHA adopted a racial policy that could well have been culled from the Nuremberg laws.”

Or what about the banking system

"In Chicago and across the country, whites looking to achieve the American dream could rely on a legitimate credit system backed by the government. Blacks were herded into the sights of unscrupulous lenders who took them for money and for sport."

I ask WHY should this lack of criticism of President Obama and the Democratic Party go unnoticed, purposefully ignored and silenced.

And why is it that no one has noticed that large corporations who have acceded to BLM exploit blacks. Starbucks is an organization in favor of BLM. Yet, they buy their coffee from suppliers who literally use black as slaves in its coffee plantations. Or that the Sony Corporation which advertises it's backing for BLM uses cobalt mined literally by black slaves, many of whom are children ?

And what of this scandalous episode of "I can't breathe" George Floyd and his funeral! 

For clarity, George Floyd was definitely NO SAINT as his criminal record shows! George Floyd was a man who hurt women, black women. And yet, ignorant Americans are celebrating this violent criminal, elevating his name to virtual sainthood.  

He was a multiple felon who once held a pregnant black woman at gunpoint. He broke into her home with a gang of men and pointed a gun at her pregnant stomach. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported that Floyd was charged with armed robbery in 2007, and in 2009 took a plea deal to be sentenced to five years' imprisonment. 

He terrorized the women in his community. He sired and abandoned multiple children, playing no part in their support or upbringing, failing one of the most basic tests of decency for a human being. He was a drug-addict and sometime drug-dealer, a swindler who preyed upon his honest and hard-working neighbors.

With the full collaboration of BLM, Al Sharpton, the Nation of Islam, Louis Farrakhan, most media outlets as well as some of the wealthiest and most privileged opinion-shaping celebrities and "elites" of the USA, George Floyd has become a culture hero, who was buried in a golden casket. His (recognized) family showered with money, gifts and praise. 

George Floyd was an "ordinary brother" from Houston's housing projects who "nobody thought much about," which makes his central role in a generational movement that much more powerful, the Rev. Al Sharpton said at his funeral Tuesday.
"God took the rejected stone and made him the cornerstone of a movement that's going to change the whole wide world," Sharpton said."Your family is going to miss you George, but your nation is going to always remember your name. Because your neck was one that represents all of us, and how you suffered is how we all suffer," he added.

Yet, David Dorn, a retired St. Louis Police captain, a father of five that had 10 grandchildren. Dorn was fatally shot and killed after responding to a pawnshop alarm during looting. 
So I dare to ask? 
If Dorn is a "Black American" does his life NOT MATTER! Well it is quite evident that the hypocrisy scale is 100% in the eyes of the followers of BLM!!

We all saw where at the funeral of George Floyd, Al Sharpton, did not mentioned, nor "shower" with praise David Dorn in his eulogy of Floyd. Nor was David Dorn's family "blessed" with money, gifts and praise" from the highly hypocritical BLM followers. 

What we have seen is Americans who are being socially pressured into kneeling for this violent, abusive misogynist. 

Yet, we are exposed through the media to the highly hypocritical "Feel-good" gestures from politicians like Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer, as well as some of the most senior Democrats in the House of  Representative who wore Kente scarfs as they knelled in the US Capitol building. 

All of these are feel-good gestures cost nothing and shift no power. They create no justice and provide no equity. The Democrats have proposed bills in the House, that should they pass as conceived, they will basically punish the law enforcement officer's in the system without altering the system itself. These bills would make the officers the fall guy for the bad behavior of a few while doing little to condemn or even address the savagery and voraciousness of the system that required their service.

It is true that this country has established in many areas a system of supreme inequity, with racial inequity being a primary form. This inequality is the direct responsibility of the electorate to elect representatives who will act in THEIR interest to legislate laws and acts to repeal and rectify this terrible injustice. The "sane" leaders of the Black Community MUST act immediately to step in and stop the rioting and looting and civil disturbance which is depriving their fellow citizens of their livelihoods, homes, property and businesses in THEIR neighborhoods and community's.

To many in the Black Community they see the police, not as those meant to "Serve and Protect", but as paid guardians to protect the wealth that the system generated for the "Privileged Whites" and to control the outrages and outbursts of those opposed to it and oppressed by it. 

The successive failures of the Black Community leadership to act as one are allowing the  creation of a generation of black men who are being coerced into identifying with George Floyd, the absolute worst specimen of our race and species. And yet should someone dare to speak up and to relay the truth or point out the error they are violent attacked verbally and physically. And of course, should you dare point this out your presence on the social media will stifled and removed immediately because to plea for sanity or to disagree with "THEIR" fictional is "unacceptable".

They assert that black violence is expected and insoluble, while violence by whites requires explanation and demands a solution. Absolutely NO OTHER discussion is allowed for non-black victims of black violence, who proportionally outnumber black victims of non-black violence.

The message of the bamboozled followers of BLM is clear: "Black lives only matter when whites take them". To their fanatical black and utterly brainwashed white followers, NO OTHER lives are worthy but Black ones. 

Antifa in the USA: Facts

The beginnings of the Antifa movement in the USA is directly associated with the UK Anti-Fascist Action (AFA), a militant anti-fascist group founded in 1985. Antifa's stated long-term objective, both in America and abroad, is to establish a communist world order.
Currently the objective of Antifa in the United States, is to bring down the Trump administration through incitement and massive civil disobedience.

Academics and media outlets sympathetic to Antifa have been cynically manipulated to argue that the group cannot be classified as a terrorist organization which is the direct result of the super-secret KGB discipline called dezinformatsiya.
Empirical and anecdotal evidence shows that Antifa is, in fact, a highly networked, well-funded global presence.

Antifa can be described as a transnational insurgency movement that endeavors, often with extreme violence, to subvert liberal democracy, with the aim of replacing global capitalism with communism.
The ideological origins of Antifa can be traced back to the Soviet Union nearly a century ago to 1921 when the Communist International (Comintern) developed the so-called united front tactic to "unify the working masses through agitation and organization...against "capitalism" and "fascism" at the international level and in each individual country." Therefore, for all true communists their nemesis has always been "capitalism" and "fascism".

A German-language pamphlet — "80 Years of Anti-Fascist Actions" (80 Jahre Antifaschistische Aktion)" — describes in minute detail the continuous historical thread of the Antifa movement from its ideological origins in the 1920s to the present day. The document states:

"Antifascism has always fundamentally been an anti-capitalist strategy. This is why the symbol of the Antifaschistische Aktion has never lost its inspirational power.... Anti-fascism is more of a strategy than an ideology."

The modern Antifa movement derives its name from a group called Antifaschistische Aktion, founded in May 1932 by Stalinist leaders of the Communist Party of Germany. The group was established to fight "fascists", a term the Communist Party used to describe all of the other pro-capitalist political parties in Germany. The primary objective of Antifaschistische Aktion was to abolish capitalism, according to a detailed history of the group.

The chief nemesis of Antifa has always been local law enforcement who in a democracy guard the civil order. In order to destroy law enforcement and democracies from within, Antifa employs the tactics of the communist insurgents in the United States and Europe to goad the police into a reaction through the means of extreme violence and destruction of public and private property, which then "proves" Antifa's claim that the government is "fascist."

"Out of cowardice, its members cover their faces and keep their names secret. Antifa constantly threatens violence and attacks against politicians and police officers. It promotes senseless damage to property amounting to vast sums." — Bettina Röhl, Neue Zürcher Zeitung, June 2, 2020.

Lately we have heard how the Democratic Party witch hunt for Russian conspiracy in the elections and the attempted Impeachment has led to the true source of the Russian Conspiracy.

"The federal government has evidence that Antifa "hijacked" legitimate protests around the country to "engage in lawlessness, violent rioting, arson, looting of businesses, and public property assaults on law enforcement officers and innocent people, and even the murder of a federal agent." -U.S. Attorney General William Barr

Antifa uses the KGB discipline of dezinformatsiya to hide their intent by "claiming" to be opposed "fascism," a term that they use frequently to discredit those who hold opposing political beliefs.
When in actuality they are the classic textbook definition of "communists: "advocating class war and leading to a society in which all property is publicly owned and each person works and is paid according to their abilities and needs." 
They hide the real truth from their duped and brainwashed followers that a communist country;" is run by a totalitarian governmental system led by a dictator and emphasizing an aggressive nationalism, militarism, and often racism."

Antifa holds to the strict Marxist-Leninist definition of fascism which equates it with capitalism. According to the German Antifa group, Antifaschistischer Aufbau München; "The fight against fascism is only won when the capitalist system has been shattered and a classless society has been achieved.".
Antifa advocates for a class war and leading to a society in which all property is publicly owned and each person works and is paid according to their abilities and needs.

Germany's BfV domestic intelligence agency, in a special report on left-wing extremism, noted:

"Antifa's fight against right-wing extremists is a smokescreen. The real goal remains the 'bourgeois-democratic state,' which, in the reading of left-wing extremists, accepts and promotes 'fascism' as a possible form of rule and therefore does not fight it sufficiently. Ultimately, it is argued, 'fascism' is rooted in the social and political structures of 'capitalism.' Accordingly, left-wing extremists, in their 'antifascist' activities, focus above all on the elimination of the 'capitalist system.'"

Matthew Knouff, author of An Outsider's Guide to Antifa: Volume II, explained Antifa's ideology this way:

"The basic philosophy of Antifa focuses on the battle between three basic forces: fascism, racism and capitalism — all three of which are interrelated according to Antifa.... with fascism being considered the final expression or stage of capitalism, capitalism being a means to oppress, and racism being an oppressive mechanism related to fascism."

Few realize that Germany's Antifa movement throughout the 1960s and 1970s manifested itself as a Marxist urban guerrilla group called the Red Army Faction (RAF) which was also known as the Baader-Meinhof Gang that had been given training, shelter, and supplies by the Stasi, the secret police of the former communist regime. This was a common KGB ploy used to "deflect" the true source of the support for radical terrorists. As mentioned by Lt. Gen. (ret.) Ion Mihai Pacepa a former three-star general in the Securitate, the secret police of Communist Romania, who defected to the United States in July 1978 from his book, “Red Horizons,” published in 1987

Germany's BfV domestic intelligence agency explains Antifa's glorification of violence:

"For left-wing extremists, 'Capitalism' is interpreted as triggering wars, racism, ecological disasters, social inequality and gentrification. 'Capitalism' is therefore more than just a mere economic order. In left-wing extremist discourse, it determines the social and political form as well as the vision of a radical social and political reorganization. Whether anarchist or communist: Parliamentary democracy as a so-called bourgeois form of rule should be 'overcome' in any case.

"For this reason, left-wing extremists usually ignore or legitimize human rights violations in socialist or communist dictatorships or in states that they allegedly see threatened by the 'West.' To this day, both orthodox communists and autonomous activists justify, praise and celebrate the left-wing terrorist Red Army Faction or foreign left-wing terrorists as alleged 'liberation movements' or even 'resistance fighters.'"

What we are seeing in the USA today is the culmination of the Soviet Plan to undermine America that was laid out by the leaders of the KGB in the 1960's.

The Deep State and the Six Day War

What IS on my mind is just how fickle the memory of the world is towards Israel today.

As historians we have the opportunity of hindsight. There is much written and their are many, many lies of conspiracies spread of the USS Liberty incident of the Six Day War. Much has been written about the "unprovoked" Israeli attack and there are many questions that are still unanswered today regarding this sad episode.

One major question that has never been thoroughly discussed is just why LBJ stated that his National Security Adviser (Walt Rostow as National Security Adviser, 1966-69) never told him exactly just why the USS Liberty a "spy ship" was deployed to the area with not only naval intelligence personnel but CIA and NSA personnel as well.

The answer can be found in the often untold truth of the "unofficial" US State Department and US Security Agencies CIA and NSA) policy which was to prevent a close relationship with Israel so as to prevent the Arab countries deepening their ties with the "Soviet Block".

The "Unofficial" -read "deep state" - policy of US and United Kingdom Governments was created before World War One when militaries became dependent on the fossil fuels to propel their ships and vehicles - tanks and support vehicles.
It became crucial to ensure the continual access of this needed commodity at ALL costs to the United Kingdom and later the United States and it's Western Allies. It was due to this policy that the United Kingdom fought against the Ottoman Empire and created the "New Middle East".

The Machiavellian colonization and occupation of Iran (Persia) as well as the post World War One Mandated Areas of the OETA (Occupied Enemy Territory Administration)  were of primary concern to the United Kingdom so as to have direct access to Arab oil reserves which were of a vital strategic need.
This secretive position is further reinforced by the actions of British Prime Minister H. H. Asquith and Lord Kitchener, the British Secretary of State for War in World War I who established a Committee under Sir Maurice de Bunsen on 8 April 1915 to determine their policy toward the Ottoman Empire during World War I and to determine it's fate in the aftermath.
Though the the British bamboozled the Jews and Zionists by making the Balfour Declaration of ‎‎1917.

"His Majesty's government view with favour the establishment in Palestine of a national home for the Jewish people, and will use their best endeavours to facilitate the achievement of this object, it being clearly understood that nothing shall be done which may prejudice the civil and religious rights of existing non-Jewish communities in Palestine, or the rights and political status enjoyed by Jews in any other country."

They did ALL that they could to NOT allow it to happen so as to appease the Arabs. This is why 3/4 or 72% of the "Mandated Area of Palestine" was abruptly handed over to Hashemite Emir Abdullah I bin al-Hussein, elder son of Britain's wartime Arab ally Hussein bin Ali and the brother of the deposed King Faisal, in 1922. In 1915 Henry McMahon had exchanged letters with Hussein bin Ali, Sharif of Mecca in which he had promised to recognize the independence of the Arabs.
The British Machiavellian plot went ahead and played lip service to the Jews while abiding by all the measures to prevent the entry of Jews to "Palestine" at he behest of the Arabs even during the dire times of the Holocaust by "White Papers".

The British continued their acts against the "Zionists" by not allowing the Jews to enter after the Holocaust and by depriving the Jewish Underground Army the Haganah the opportunity to arm itself despite the onslaught by armed Arab irregulars and marauders prior to the establishment of the state.

When we Jews, we Israelis despite all the disadvantages placed in our way to create our new state of Israel did succeed in repelling and defeating the combined forces of the seven members of the Arab League and the Irregular armies of the two major "Palestinian" fractions/ The "Western" world closed the doors to us in our requests for arms. It was the Soviet Block of nations who initially allowed us the ability to arm ourselves. What "Western" arms we did succeed in obtaining was done clandestinely. This was carried out with the secretive help of the Jewish Mafia, Jewish scrap yard owners, the Longshoremen and Truckers who worked in tandem to bring all the machinery components and tool parts being scrapped by US WWII industry to Eretz Yisrael to form TASS the Israeli Military Industries.
There are also the famous stories of the Jewish war veterans who worked with Al Schwimmer  to smuggle aircraft out of the US to help create the Israeli Air Force and later the Israel Aircraft Industries.

This anti-Israel "Deep state pro Arab Policy" was exacerbated in the early 1950's by the desire of the West to contain the radical Arab Nationalism that Gamal Abdul Nasser was instigating in the Arab world and was viewed as a highly destabilizing force. It was during this time in history when Nasser's Arab Nationalism movement was being infiltrated by the secret forces of the KGB the head of Soviet foreign intelligence, Gen. Alexander Sakharovsky through it's client countries like Romania under dictator Nicolae Ceausescu.

This desire of the "Deep state" to protect this policy from the "episodic nature" of American policy-making from the changes brought on by each progressive administration was "guaranteed NOT to be altered" by those unelected members of the US State Department members of the "Deep State".

Under the Truman administration the US State Department with White Hall worked vigorously to prevent the president's plans to resettle Jewish Holocaust survivors in the immediate Post WWII period. With the creation of Israel the US State Department together with White Hall  continued to oppose aid to Israel under the Eisenhower administration as well. This was the basis for the formation of AIPAC in 1954 to circumvent State Department opposition through legislation in Congress to aid Israel.
President John F Kennedy was one of the first presidents to stand against the "Deep State" and opposed the State Department's highly anti-Semitic and highly anti-Israel stance

So, when looking back many are puzzled as to the exact role played by the Soviet Union in the turmoil that led to the Six Day War. Few remember that Stalin and the USSR were highly supportive over the creation of Israel and remained steadfast in support until 1954. It was during this "Heyday"that the Israeli Communist's and their political parties Maki for example flourished.
In the defeat of the Suez Canal 1956 "Sinai War" the Soviet Union became totally anti-Israel yet there remained many die hard Stalinistic supporters in Israel.

So just why did the USSR invest so much money in advanced SAM missile systems and Armour (Tanks) T-71 and T-72, BTR -advance armored personnel carriers which had not even been given to Iron Curtain countries in the aftermath of the Sinai War defeat?

One of the best and latest recounts of the Soviet Unions deep involvement in the Middle East was the book of the Six-Day War "Foxbats Over Dimona" by Isabella Ginor and Gideon Remez. Their book based on historical records, as well as "... every snippet of relevant information from an extraordinary range of sources, most effectively Soviet military personnel who can recall what they were up to in 1967." ...demonstrates..." how anxiety about Israel's imminent nuclear capability and an unwarranted confidence in Arab military strength led Moscow to develop a plot to provoke the Israelis into striking first before being overwhelmed by a devastating riposte, in which Soviet forces would participate."
Their book opened the "Pandora Box" of the treat of nuclear nonproliferation in the Middle East and relays many discrepancies as well as unknown stories of the conflict of Cold War intrigue that shaped the Middle East.

As the review in Google Books states;

"The authors (who are), award-winning Israeli journalists and historians; had investigated documents and testimonies from the former Soviet Union, cross-checked them against Israeli and Western sources, and arrived at fresh and startling conclusions."

Furthermore:

"Contrary to previous interpretations, Ginor and Remez’s book shows that the Six-Day War was the result of a joint Soviet-Arab gambit to provoke Israel into a preemptive attack. The authors reveal how the Soviets received a secret Israeli message indicating that Israel, despite its official ambiguity, was about to acquire nuclear weapons. Determined to destroy Israel’s nuclear program before it could produce an atomic bomb, the Soviets then began preparing for war--well before Moscow accused Israel of offensive intent, the overt trigger of the crisis."

Ginor and Remez’s startling account details how the Soviet-Arab onslaught was to be unleashed once Israel had been drawn into action and was branded as the aggressor. The Soviets had submarine-based nuclear missiles poised for use against Israel in case it already possessed and tried to use an atomic device, and the USSR prepared and actually began a marine landing on Israel’s shores backed by strategic bombers and fighter squadrons. They sent their most advanced, still-secret aircraft, the MiG-25 Foxbat, on provocative sorties over Israel’s Dimona nuclear complex to prepare the planned attack on it, and to scare Israel into making the first strike. It was only the unpredicted devastation of Israel’s response that narrowly thwarted the Soviet design."

In conclusion here is what we Israelis have learned:

"During the Holocaust we learned in the Ghetto that as Jews we can no longer hide and exist with bended knees.
