The non right of return

What is on my mind is the incessant calls, statements and articles by hypocritical "anti-Zionist" anti-Israel JINOs, "Liberal enlightened jews" and that immense group of the demented and mentally deeranged hounds of hell that form the pro-Arabs of the Mandated Areas aka the Palestinian Troll cheerleader section. The "brains are not required group".

In my recent reading of articles and Talkback commentaries I am amazed that there are individuals and even journalists who write items that have no grasp whatsoever of reality and truth. I sit here reading this constant drivel, inspired by revisionist history and utter distortion of facts and I shake my head in absolute total amazement.

Allow me to clarify the "Right of Return" and what it REALLY means, and do feel free to enlighten the masses......

"The Palestinians' problem is not with a settlement or a checkpoint or a fence. They have a problem with the existence of Israel in any borders. Palestinians have still not come to terms with Israel's right to exist, period; this is the essence of the Israeli-Arab conflict. They see Israel as one big settlement that needs to be ripped out." Since the start of the Israeli-Palestinian peace process in the early 1990s, the Palestinian leadership has consistantly demanded two major concessions; that Israel accept responsibility for the creation of the refugee problem and accept the "right of return", as embodied in UN general assembly resolution 194 of December 1948.
Those two demands on Israel are ludicris to say the least since the resolution itself was adopted by a majority of 35 countries from among the 58 members of the United Nations at that time; however all six Arab League countries (then represented at the UN) voted against it.  ALL of  six whom; Egypt, Iraq, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Syria and Yemen, had called on the Arabs of the Mandated aras to evacuate so their armies could "sweep in and exterminate the Jews!!
Israel had not been admitted to the UN yet.

The Israeli policy has not changed since the early days before the declaration of the State during the period of June to August 1948 after the "Partition Vote".
And this policy MUST be understood in the context under which David Ben Gurion and the leaders of the Zionist Movement - the predessors of the Israeli cabinent made it.
The very large number of Arab Palestinian refugees and creative manipulation of history have given rise to charges that Zionist leaders planned to expel the Arabs from Palestine. Other than doctored quotes from Israeli leaders, notably David Ben Gurion, there is no evidence for any such plan.
Frequently cited in such charges, is "Plan Daled" which called for temporary evacuation of strategically placed towns that could not be held.
The majority of Palestinian Arabs who fled, fled voluntarily. This was certainly true in Haifa, where Jewish leaders pleaded with the inhabitants to stay, in Tiberias, and in many of the villages of the north that had been occupied by the Arab Liberation Army. In Beersheba and Safed, all the Arabs left before Jewish forces had entered the towns.
In Isdood and Majdal most of them left when the Egyptian army departed.

Most significantly, towns that did not resist the Israelis or cooperated with them, including Abu Gosh, Nazareth and all the Druze villages of the Galilee, remained intact. 

If inhabitants were expelled, it was not because of racist considerations, but because they were seen as a security threat. 

Eye-witnesses deny specific allegations of expulsions and massacres, though of course, no eye-witness could have seen everything as the Arab apologists claim.

Here is one EXTREMELY IMPORTANT FACT to be noted!!! It is always glossed over and NEVER mentioned!
Before the British Withdrawal and under the Mandate, Jews were forbidden by law and punishment of DEATH to carry ARMS to possess weapons for defense!
Whereas the Arabs were allowed by the Mandatory government to freely carry and use weapons!

US Secretary of State George C. Marshall, an experienced soldier, told Moshe Sharrett, Jewish Agency Foreign Secretary on the eve of independence that the CIA had estimated that the Jewish side would lose the war, even without taking into account the participation of the Arab states:
Believe me, I am talking about things about which I know. You are sitting there in the coastal plains of Palestine, while the Arabs hold the mountain ridges. I know you have some arms and your Haganah, but the Arabs have regular armies. They are well trained and they have heavy arms. How can you hope hope to hold out?" (Larry Collins and Dominique Lapierre, O Jerusalem!, Pan books 1973, page 315).
It was during this perion in particular BEFORE the creation of the the nascent state and the "Official British" withdrawal that Arab villagers, who were inspired and inflamed by the Grand Mufti Muhammad Amin al-Husayni and his own kinsman Abd al-Qadir al-Husayni, as the commander of the Army of the Holy War and  the Arab Liberation Army (ALA) led by Fawzi al-Qawuqji. These Arab fedayeen swarmed against nearly defenseless Jewish defenders of; Kibbutzim, Moshavim, villages and towns. These two major "Irregular Forces" inflicted terrible loses on the Jewish forces in brutal vicious fighting, Convoys which attempted to bring supplies of food and weapons were ambushed and massacred by the crazed Arab villagers egged on to "Exterminate the Jews".

This policy to "bar the return of "Fifth columnists"  is as valid today as it was in 1948. The mass return of those who had fought and tried to exterminate the populace of the Jewish state would mortally threaten the state's existence.
"The State of Israel has a population of approximately 8,855,000 inhabitants as of first half-2018. Some 74.5% percent are Jews of all backgrounds (about 6,556,000 individuals), 20.9% are Arab of any religion other than Jewish (about 1,837,000 individuals), while the remaining 4.6% (about 400,000 individuals) are defined as "others".
Should some 3.5 to 4 million Palestinian refugees - the number supposedly listed in the rolls of UNWRA  be empowered to return to Israeli territory, there could arise widespread anarchy and violence as in 1947.
Even if the return were to bespread over a number of years or even decades, the ultimate result, given the Arabs' far higher birth rates, would be the conversion of the country into an Arab-majority state and the reinstitution of the Moslem status of "Dhimitude."

This immediate degrading of the Jewish populaton into second class citizens, would cause a massive "transfer" of the (remaining) Jews, who would steadily emigrate. Even those fools who work for Haaretz , I am referring to two specific journalists come to mind with their utter hatred, who try to "outdo" themselves in their attitudes of hatred of the "Jewish" part of the state and with their "Matzpen", pro-Falestinian B'tselem, "Breaking (the BS) Silence kiss ass group. Well even these LOSERS may wake up and smell the Humous.

As to "WHY?" Jews would leave  merely take a look at any of the surounding Arab countries.

Would any normal Jew really wish to live as a second-class citizens in an authoritarian Muslim-dominated, Arab-ruled state? As Hillel Neur of UN Watch recently stated in the UN "Where are your Jews" to several Moslem Arab countries? So where are the Jews of Lebanon? Of Egypt? Syria? Algeria? Morocco? Libya? Iraq? Iran?

This also applies to that "enlightened" idea of replacing Israel and the occupied territories with one, unitary binational state, a solution that some blind or hypocritical western intellectuals have been trumpeting.

To many in the west who have come to "champion" the Arabs of the Mandated Areas -aka the Palestinians position, the right of "Nachba refugees"(and their descendants) to return to their homes seems natural and just.

In truth it would be what the Arabs of the Mandated Areas -aka the Palestinians  have planned for all along since it has finally sunk in that they lost and it is time to "Negate Israel".

This drastic move of the "right of return for Nacba refugees" (read their descendants) needs to be weighed against the right to life and well-being of the more than six and a half million Jews who currently live in Israel.

As for those historical revisionist haters I am not refering to the "Khazarim Jews". Oy what bovine excrement!

More than half of the current population of Isarel are- Sephardic Jews- who are also "refugees" descendants of Jews ethnically cleansed from Arab lands during the post creation of Israel period, who were born in Israel.
In is NEVER mentioned in the world media that the Arab side practiced ethnic cleansing systematically.
No Jews were allowed to remain in any territories conquered by Arab forces in 1948, or to return to those territories after the war.
This was true in Gush Etzion and Jerusalem, and in all the villages conquered in Gaza. That was not all. In 1947, the Arab League prepared a plan for systematic persecution of Jews in all Arab countries. The provisions of this plan included special levies, confiscation of properties and abridgement of civil rights (see Draft Arab League Law Against Jews) . This plan was carried out by many of the Arab states, resulting in mass migrations of Jews from them. Over 800,000 Jews fled Arab lands.
So do these Israelis of  Sephardic Jewsish families ethnically cleansed have rights to a homeland?

And what of those "stateless displaced" "Ashkenazic Jews of Europe made refugees during the mass extermination plan endorsed and encouraged by the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, whose homes in Europe- primarily Eastern Europe Poland and Russia and the Ukraine were expropriated and stolen during the Holocaust? These same survivors of death camps who had tried to immigrate to pre-state Palestine but were denied and shoveled into the crematoriums by those demanding "their right of return"?
When many of these same surviving Jews of Europe who tried to "return" home were set upon and massacred in Pogroms by their Christian neighbors who thought that "THEIR" Jews were finally gone.
Most Israelis have known no other country and have no other homeland. So wouldn't the destruction or, at the least, the forced displacement of more than 5 million Jews which would be the foregone conclusion of a massive Palestinian refugee return?

So when one attempts to side with the "Haters of Zionism" and demand "Justice" for- the Arabs of the Mandated Areas aka the Palestinians try to consider that the "Negation of Israel Peace Plan" and how it would constitute a graver injustice than the resettlement of fewer than 4 million Palestinians in Arab League countries?

But hey it's just Jews right.....

Be Kind to Palestinian Trolls

Knowing the truth and being "enlightened by way of FACTS I just replied to a comment by a mentally challenged Least-Able pro-Falestinian Troll  in an article regarding the "Mapping of Palestine before Israel" who used the name "Green and Gray" to post this comment:
"The UN partition plan was offered in General Assembly Resolution 181. GA resolutions are never binding on anyone. The terms of the resolution stated that if each side, Arab and Jewish, accepted the plan, it was to go to the Security Council for ratification, making it international law. If it was rejected by either, it was back to the negotiating table. Neither side had any right to accept the plan and unilaterally enforce it and declare statehood. Israel did so anyway. Despite this breach in existing international agreements, they were rewarded with recognition by the UN".

My reply to the mentally challenged Least-Able Falestinian Troll:

 Let's check the correct LEGAL details may we!
By the refusal to accept the UNR181 resolution -Ah yes this part is correct it was a "non -binding resolution" (there goes your claim to the Arab part of the "Partition Plan"  -
The (your buddies) "Arabs of the Mandated Territory' aka your Falestinians FORFEITED their right to any part of the remaining 22 % of the League of Nations Mandatory Area! By attacking Jewish settlements and individuals prior to the Withdrawal of the Mandatory Forces the warring clans of the Nusseibeh and Husseini also violated the UN Charter Article 2 Sections 3 -5

 You see the people who "Submitted the resolution" -the "Mandatory" -aka the British Stated their desire to return the "Mandate" to the UN ( who inherited the 1922 Treaty of Serves (San Remo Agreement) and as such announced their WITHDRAWAL from ALL RESPONSIBILITY as the MANDATORY Power on May 15th, 1948!
With their withdrawal they left the area in the hands of "he who should claim it:
"Uti possidetis (Latin for "as you possess") is a principle in international law that territory and other property remains with its possessor at the end of a conflict, unless otherwise provided for by treaty; if such a treaty does not include conditions regarding the possession of property and territory taken during the war, then the principle of uti possidetis will prevail.[1] Originating in Roman law, the phrase is derived from the Latin expression uti possidetis, ita possideatis, meaning "may you continue to possess such as you do possess" (lit., "as you possess, thus may you possess"). This principle enables a belligerent party to claim territory that it has acquired by war.

So as the British -"the mandatory power" lowered their flag and sailed out of Haifa Port  leaving the Mandated Area as "A Land belonging to NO SOVERIGN POWER"
OUR Zionist Delegates met in Tel Aviv and declared the founding of the Independent STATE OF ISRAEL.
The "friends" of the "Arabs of the Mandated Territory" -the Seven Nations of the Arab League ALSO leapt in to "divide the spoils" -in direct VIOLATION of UN Charter Article 2 Sections 3 -5
3. All Members shall settle their international disputes by peaceful means in such a manner that international peace and security, and justice, are not endangered.

4. All Members shall refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state, or in any other manner inconsistent with the Purposes of the United Nations.

5. All Members shall give the United Nations every assistance in any action it takes in accordance with the present Charter, and shall refrain from giving assistance to any state against which the United Nations is taking preventive or enforcement action.

With Israel's glorius victory -in handing the "Seven Arab League" countries their asses in a sling - they put their tales between their legs and ran off to hide and put the fools who listened to the "chauvanistic bravado statements ' into refugee camps and denied responsibility for the Nacba!

ON APRIL 9, 1953, the Jordanian daily al-Urdun quoted a refugee, Yunes Ahmed Assad, formerly of Deir Yassin, as saying: "For the flight and fall of the other villages, it is our leaders who are responsible, because of the dissemination of rumors exaggerating Jewish crimes and describing them as atrocities in order to inflame the Arabs ... they instilled fear and terror into the hearts of the Arabs of Palestine until they fled, leaving their homes and property to the enemy."

ANOTHER refugee told the Jordanian daily a-Difaa on September 6, 1954: "The Arab governments told us, 'Get out so that we can get in.' So we got out, but they did not get in."

"FOLLOWING a visit to refugees in Gaza, a British diplomat reported the following: 'But while they express no bitterness against the Jews...they speak with the utmost bitterness of the Egyptians and other Arab states: 'We know who our enemies are,' they will say, and they are referring to their Arab brothers who, they declare, persuaded them unnecessarily to leave their homes." -British Foreign Office Document #371/75342/XC/A/4991

IN THE MARCH 1976 issue of Falastin a-Thaura, then the official journal of the Beirut-based PLO, Mahmud Abbas ("Abu Mazen"), PLO spokesman, wrote: "The Arab armies entered Palestine to protect the Palestinians from the Zionist tyranny but, instead, they abandoned them, forced them to emigrate and to leave their homeland, and threw them into prisons similar to the ghettos in which the Jews used to live."

Palestinian Children

When I tried to sleep last night I kept awaking during the night to the memories of the horrific hatred I have seen recently on many Mass Media venues against Israel. Specifically in regard to those virulent hate filled headlines condeming Israel over the "Peaceful Demonstrations" on our southern border and the cynical death of innocents. 

What is on my mind is what sort of a society consciously and purposely sacrifices its own youth for political gain and tactical advantage?

We have all seen in the videos circulated by Palestinian stringers how the death of Arab children is extolled as shahids or martyrs and how it has become a cynical weapon in the arsenal of Hamas and the Palestinian Authority.

Hamas and the Palestinian Authority have learned that when their children are killed, they gain world sympathy, especially in Europe and North America. The death of any child is viewed as a tragedy and portrayed as such in the media, regardless of circumstance.

The Falestinians nurture an obcessed blind hatred of Israel and because of this "weak spot" in the morality of the mainy "Christian World".

They have created a cultural milieu of vengeance, violence and death - preparing their children to be sacrifices in a death cult to the ancient Philistine God Moloch.

Around the world, in other sane countries children are precious gifts to their parents and keys to the future. From the poorest barrios in South America to the most wretched slums of Cairo, parents strive to make sure there is food for their children and money for their children’s education. The loving care we invest in our own children is a human trait that unites different cultures: rich and poor, traditional and hi-tech. The toughest job parents have is to raise their children while making everyday sacrifices and decisions for them. We hug them, love them and watch them grow up, praying that they will come to no harm, and doing everything we can to ensure that. Parents raise their children with the hope that they will grow into happy, responsible, caring, and contributing members of society.

Protecting our children is a universal trait that unites the Family of Man. But in Palestinian society, that standard has been turned on its head. It is clear that in Palestinian society something has gone dreadfully wrong.

Children in Palestinian communities in the West Bank and Gaza where Arab residents foster a culture that prepares children for armed conflict, consciously and purposely putting them in harm’s way. Do so for one reason, political gain and tactical advantage in their war against Israel.

As we witnessed recently in the news reports from Gaza women and children led riots while young men in their late teens and early 20s, armed with rocks, sling shots, Molotov cocktails and other weapons operated from the rear.

The Palestinian national poet laureate Mahmud Darwish wrote a poem after the outbreak of the first Intifada, where he sanctioned and sanctified their deaths, and praised “Arab youth on the road to victory, each with a coffin on his shoulder.”

From birth Palestinian society abuses its children. Their children are fed with a deep, vile, odious rabid anti-Zionism, anti-Jewish and anti-Western in their schools, summer camps, Mosques. Even children’s television programs are exploited to encourage children to become martyrs in an act that will bring them respect and parental pride. Hamas and the Palestinian leadership makes little to no effort to keep children away from potentially violent confrontations.

 Here is a prime example of the cynical use of Children by Palestinian. In this video meant to vilify Israel the father of 3-year-old child, Muhammad Suroor sees the failure of his incitement to have his son "Martyred." As the video continues the uncaring "adult" screams orders to his child to throw rocks at the soldiers and to raise the flag so they will shoot him.

This is exactly how Hamas cynically uses them as cannon fodder to gain World Media attention and the empathy of the gullible world audience, because wounded or dead children paint Israelis as heartless and cruel in the eyes of the world and for some Israelis themselves to hate themselves because Israel is morally sensitive.

 What the world media sees and hears, through Hamas controled media stringers, is that Israel "blockades" their border and kills children. Few readers of news viewers realize that Hamas and the Palestinian Authority pay out $2,000 for each child killed and $300 for each wounded child.
