“A culture of hate has wormed its way into the very fiber of Palestinian society… No peace agreement will be able to guarantee peace… if a generation of Palestinians is growing up indoctrinated to hate Israel, Jews and the West.” MP British Parliament: Henderson
I am really feed up and tired of the insistent approach to focus almost exclusively on the Israeli settlement enterprise, while doing next-to-nothing to tackle the pervasive negation of Israel’s legitimacy among Arabs of the Mandated Areas (Palestinians), is a guaranteed approach that will cause peace efforts to never succeed.
By continuously telling the Israeli people that you regard settlements (all of Israel is settlements) as illegitimate and the "Human Rights" lackeys ask for a Boycott of our goods and institutions this will never bring peace.
The main enemy of Israeli-Palestinian reconciliation is the hatred for Israel that is being nurtured daily in the hearts of so many in the West Bank and Gaza — the constant narrative that says Israel has no right to exist, and that its people are rapacious invaders who must be struck down. This heartless, soulless poisoning of the young Arabs of the Mandated Areas (and I may add those whom I refer to as HOIZs-Haters Of Israel and Zionism) with anti-Israel incitement is the core problem. They are blinded and so consumed with abject rabid, utter hatred that they have blinders on and cannot see any truth. Young Arabs of the Mandated Areas aka "Falestinians" and their "Human Rights" lackeys are taught nothing but hate of the Jews as "Occupiers" and "usurpers" of the dream of Palestine" on a day by day basis.
Just check ANY text book issued by the Hamas or the PA. Day after day — in Gaza and in the West Bank, and in countries all across the region — in schools and in youthful get-togethers and in newspapers and on television and on Facebook pages and in the speeches delivered by political leaders — millions of young minds are being gradually poisoned. Children are being persuaded by those they trust that Israel is the embodiment of iniquity, and that all Israelis must be slaughtered. This is widely reflected in the Nazi style high anti-Semitic political cartoons used to defame Israel and Jews alike.
The term “Incitement” is used on a daily basis by the "Falestinian's" and their "HOIZ" lackys as the source of many of the ills afflicting the dismal relationship between our two peoples. The term is vague and means little until you start watching, say, Hamas’s children’s TV programs, in which sweet young kids, on studio sets full of colorful backdrops and cuddly toys, unthinkingly parrot the vicious curses against Israel that their cynical elders have fed them, and vow with the earnest innocence of their manipulated young psyches that they are willing to martyr themselves — to kill and be killed — for the noble, divine cause of harming the terrible Jews.
In a recent speech from Qatar, Hamas leader Khaled Meshaal urged Palestinian fathers in Gaza and around the world to instill a desire for death in their children from the youngest ages. “Jihad in the path of Allah is the pinnacle of our aspirations…it is our life,” said the Hamas leader during a ceremony honoring Palestinians killed while carrying out terrorist attacks against Israeli men, women and children. The highest honour for Palestinian children is to die in service as Martyrs for Allah to kill Israeli Jews and “liberate” the Holy Land from their presence. (The Hamas leadership had previously been headquartered in Damascus but escaped to Qatar due to the ongoing civil war in Syria).
Meshaal said that when a Palestinian joins a terror groups such as Hamas, “we are very happy”; when that same Palestinian carries out a terrorist attacks, “we are overjoyed”; and, when that Palestinian is killed in the process of murdering Israelis, “we praise Allah.”Meshaal went on to vow that a new wave of terrorist violence will soon overwhelm Israel, as such violence is the only viable way to achieve the Palestinians’ nationalistic goals.
Our Israeli children are taught that all murders are foul. All cold blooded murders indefensible. It sickening that an atmosphere and a mindset evidently prevalent, among Arabs of the Mandated Areas in the West Bank and Gaza , that leaves no room for optimism in the short-term. And it underlines the nature of the task ahead if there is to be any substantive change for the better. Hatred must end - from both sides- but the Arabs have a long way to go.
Inconclusion:
I wish to use this excellent summary of a quote by Israel's "Yenta" Prime Minister Golda Meir
"I am also grateful that I live in a country whose people have learned how to go on living in a sea of hatred without hating those who want to destroy them and without abandoning their own vision of peace. To have learned this is a great art, the prescription for which is not written down anywhere. It is part of our way of life in Israel. When peace comes, we will perhaps in time be able to forgive the Arabs for killing our sons, but it will be harder for us to forgive them for having forced us to kill their sons."
